Company History
Exis Group Plc provides comprehensive tailor
made debt recovery and bailiff enforcement services to local authority
and commercial clients across the UK.
The company commenced trading in 1999 as ExisCollection Services
Limited and, prior to this, had been run as a family concern. Initially
based in London, Exisstarted with just one local authority client;
the London Borough of Waltham Forest; who we are proud to confirm
remains a client to this day.
Exisbecame a public limited company in November 2005 and today our
client base extends to over 65 local authorities and blue chip
commercial clients. The services provided range from the collection of
Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates, Road Traffic Debt, Debt Recovery, BIDS,
Information Gathering and Tracing Activities, through to the
Enforcement of Bail and No Bail Warrants and Bankruptcy and Charging
Order Services.
During the early part of 2008, as part of a business restructure, three
new directors were appointed whose accumulated experience, coupled with
that of the founding directors, brings together a unique breadth of
knowledge and expertise.
